We put in our best efforts to achieve the details of our products as close to the mentioned specifications. However, there might be minor variations from one piece to the other, as each product is wheel-thrown and hand-painted. Sometimes, glaze crazing on the surface may occur after a period of time, as it is the natural tendency of stoneware material.
Delays in delivery can occasionally occur during public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
When an order has been successfully processed and is ready for shipment, it cannot be cancelled or refunded once it's been shipped out.
We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.
If you are not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within three days of receiving your order and we will refund or exchange it (please note that shipping fees will not be refunded).
We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
