Bringing vibrant addition of ceramic mugs for your crockery collection to give a unique twist to any tablescape. This ceramic cup is deliberately uneven, made with hand pinching technique & hand painted making each piece one-of-a-kind.
Each ceramic mug is completely handmade by local artists. Due to the materials and hand-building technique, all pieces are different and one of a kind. Tool marks and small imperfections are part of the handmade process. Every piece has its own individual shape, personality and irregularities. All dimensions are as accurate as possible. However, as with any hand built item, there could be some variations in size between pieces.
Delays in delivery can occasionally occur during public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
When an order has been successfully processed and is ready for shipment, it cannot be cancelled or refunded once it's been shipped out.
We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.
If you are not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within three days of receiving your order and we will refund or exchange it (please note that shipping fees will not be refunded).
We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
